Dr Geethika Patabendige was inducted as the President of Sri Lanka College of Microbiologists on the 19th  of  March  2022  at the Hilton Colombo Residencies, Colombo
Prof. Nadira Karunaweera the outgoing president of the SLCM introduced Dr Geethika Patabendige to the gathering.
